Bulk Hot Sausage has all the traditional flavor of the Mild with an extra kick of heat, but without the casing.  It is still our all natural, heritage breed pork and Carl's custom blend of herbs and spices,  but not in individual links.  Now you can easily add Carl's Original to your favorite recipes that don't require a grill and bun!
